Chicago-based lithium battery manufacturer, Palladium Energy, announced last month that it had acquired MicroSun and will be moving from its Lisle headquarters to MicroSun's Woodridge building. MicroSun's president and COO, John Gatti, is now president and CEO of Palladium, which will be increasing the square footage of the company's Woodridge office space—making it the largest battery pack integrator in the America and Europe.
