Home sales increased slightly in Woodridge during October 2012 compared to the same month last year, but the increase wasn't as high as other neighboring DuPage County communities. Nineteen homes were sold in Woodridge last month, compared to 17 in October 2011. The median price of homes sold in Woodridge was down 19.2 percent, the largest drop in Patch's DuPage County coverage area.
