If my light is on and they ring the bell I give out candy costume or not. I am not going to judge older kids - maybe they are with siblings or maybe they just want free candy or don't have parents or friends to help with a costume? That said obviously very grown men and women, even in costume (I once had a 6 ft 40+ pink rabbit), without children are getting candy a smile and a DGPD is getting a … more ›
