Man Resists Arrest after DUI Stop: Police Blotter

Woodridge police reports, Aug. 20-24.

SATURDAY, AUG. 24 

DUI Charge 

Christopher Eiers, 47, of the 9600 block of Witham Lane in Woodridge, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop at 12:25 a.m. near Egerton and Woodward. Eiers was also charged with resistingan officer and driving without headlights.

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 21

Kohl's Theft

Two 17-year-old male juveniles were charged with retail theft. Police said they stole clothing from Kohl’s, 1001 W. 75th St.

TUESDAY, AUG. 20

Graffiti Found

An electric box in the 2000 block of 75th Street was tagged with graffiti, and it was discovered at 7:22 a.m. 

Clothing Stolen

Gabija Pilkionyte, 19, of the 7500 block of Cambridge in Darien, was cited for a local ordinance violation for disorderly conduct. This article has been updated to remove a prior charge that was amended. 

Video Games Stolen

A backpack containing with video games was stolen from the Janes Avenue Skate Park sometime between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.
